Great Location with fantastic staff. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, making it easy to access different places. The staff went above and beyond to provide helpful information about the area and transportation options. the restaurant in the lobby served delicious food at reasonable prices.

Check-in was a bit confusing as the reception was not located where we initially expected it to be. It would have been helpful to have clearer signage directing guests to the correct location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the train station in Caen. Great value for money with a spotless room and excellent shower. The location was super convenient for flexible travel, right across from the train and bus station. The staff went above and beyond, helping us plan our day trip to the Normandy Beaches.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being right next to the train station. It made it easy for me to travel around the city and explore different places. Plus, the staff were really helpful and friendly. They gave me lots of suggestions on where to go and even helped me with translating and understanding the bus schedules. Another great aspect was the restaurant in the hotel lobby. The food there was delicious and reasonably priced.

The location was so convenient for exploring different places like Ouistreham and Cabourg. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they even allowed me to check in early so I could rest after a long bus ride. The room was perfectly clean, especially the bathroom, and I loved the fresh smell of the towels and linens. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was delicious. I had a wonderful time at La Consigne and I would highly recommend it for its great location and excellent service.

The staff here were really helpful and friendly! They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and even helped us with our luggage. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right across the street from the train station. It was so convenient for us to explore the city and there were plenty of shops nearby. Plus, the river was within walking distance, which was really nice for a stroll.

We did have a couple of issues during our stay. when we had breakfast, the sliding glass front door was left open, so the food ended up getting cold.

We were able to easily explore different places like Ouistreham and Cabourg. The rooms were immaculately clean, especially the bathroom, and the towels and linens smelled wonderfully fresh. The breakfast was good enough, with delicious coffee. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to answer our questions.
